Based on the 1957 novel of the same name, "Deep Water" follows married couple Vic (Ben Affleck) and Melinda (de Armas), who struggle to maintain any kind of intimacy in their relationship. To keep their crumbling marriage from falling apart completely, the pair have an arrangement that allows Melinda to have extramarital affairs both inside and outside their home, even in front of their closest friends.
