After 17 long years, "The Proud Family" is back and louder than ever. The beloved Disney series — which ran from 2011 to 2005 — is being revived on Disney+, and the cast includes a mix of our favorite characters as well as some new ones.

Reprising their roles from the original show are Kyla Pratt (Penny Proud), Tommy Davidson (Oscar Proud), Paula Jai Parker (Trudy Proud), Jo Marie Payton (Suga Mama), Cedric the Entertainer (Uncle Bobby), Karen Malina White (Dijonay Jones), Soleil Moon Frye (Zoey Howzer), and Alisa Reyes (LaCienega Boulevardez). Joining the cast are Keke Palmer as Maya Leibowitz-Jenkins, Billy Porter and Zachary Quinto as Randall and Barry Leibowitz-Jenkins, rapper Artist "A Boogie" Dubose as Francis "KG" Leibowitz-Jenkins, EJ Johnson as Michael Collins, Asante Blackk as Kareem, Bresha Webb as CeCe, and Aiden Dodson as BeBe. So to say the cast is stacked is an understatement!

In an exclusive clip, Pratt, White, Reyes, Frye all reflect on what it's been like to reprise their respective roles and discuss the impact of the show almost 20 years later. "I love Dijonay that she's unapologetically herself," White says. "She's spunky, confident, and she's a good friend, but she speaks her mind." Reyes adds, "The reason I'm so excited to return back to playing LaCienega Boulevardez is because she's really literally a part of my soul and my alignment and my frequency."

"The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder" premieres on Disney+ on Feb. 23. In the meantime, check out the exclusive clip with the cast above.
