Atypical is coming back for season three, and it seems the Netflix series has a bunch more heartwarming storylines for us to take in when it does.

In the trailer for the new season, Sam (Keir Gilchrist) has been accepted to college and is determined to live in the dorms on his own. Of course, this comes with major challenges, like adjusting to his roommates and living space, as well as handling a heavy load of coursework. "Four out of five students on the spectrum don't graduate college within four years," he tells Zahid (Nik Dodani), getting flustered. "That means my chances of success are very low, and I'm basically doomed."

Of course, if you've seen the first and second seasons of the family dramedy, then you know Sam will always have the support of his mom Elsa (Jennifer Jason Leigh) and dad Doug (Michael Rapaport) — who are still avoiding each other, FYI — as well as his sister, Casey (Brigette Lundy-Paine), who seems to be having some love life issues of her own.
