Zoey spends the majority of season two with Luca, so if she is pregnant, he is most likely the father. But, as we see toward the end, they are super unhappy, which doesn't really bode well for a romantic relationship when they can't even look at each other without getting upset. We can also assume she and Aaron are spending a little bit of time together during the Summer, whether he goes to Paris to visit her, or maybe when she flies home.

But when it comes to Zoey's track record of indecision, it is safe to guess she more likely than not is hiding in her work instead of spending any time with the guys in her life.

What may be a more interesting twist is if Ana is the one who is pregnant, because more likely than not, it's Aaron's baby. Aaron's love life is rocky at best given that he lusts after every woman who speaks to him. He falls for Zoey after she gives up on him, he's friends with benefits with Ana and debates whether or not he can be in a relationship with her, and now he believes Zoey is his person again.

What's important to remember is the time Aaron and Ana do spend together. Their connection seems genuine, and despite their differing political views, they come together to have open conversations, developing something real and respectful. They also have a lot of sex, so that part checks out.

Zoey's romantic life is always front and center on Grown-ish, but Jazz is a bit more consistent. She's vocal about her feelings for Doug, whether she is in love or is in need of something more.

At the beginning of season two, she and Doug are considered #CoupleGoals over Zoey and Luca, and their natural connection is enviable. There is a huge possibility the two of them reconcile at some point, and an unexpected pregnancy isn't an impossibility. Jazz will have to deal with a lot if she is pregnant, including her sister's reaction to losing her twin to someone — as well as her current track scholarship.

Sky isn't really seeing anyone that we know of, well, besides Zoey's brother Junior, but can that flirtation really count as real? There is a chance Sky is entertaining someone secretly or just having fun, but it doesn't really seem likely.

The final episode of season two sees Nomi leaving a fairly problematic relationship with her professor who actively keeps her a secret and hides her. Nomi deserves better! So right now, she isn't with anyone in particular, although she is no stranger to casual hookups. Nomi is incredibly open about her bisexuality, while most of her central relationships are with women. Depending on if Nomi is pregnant or not, her choice of partner could also open up a conversation about nonbinary relationships.

It could be possible none of the main girls are pregnant, and instead, one of the guys are seeing someone new. Zoey is out of the country, leaving Luca to chase after her unsuccessfully, and Aaron is staying behind with just a kiss for reassurance. Vivek is a man of few romances but not for a lack of trying, so he might finally have someone special. Vivek is also sharing an apartment with the girls in the upcoming season, so there is a huge possibility the girl taking a test in their bathroom is a girlfriend of his.

And let's not forget about Cash, Zoey's basketball star ex who has women swooning all over campus. A baby isn't the most shocking fate for the charming athlete. While the show is hyping up the pregnancy to appear as if one of the main girls will have a baby, ultimately the writers could throw a curveball by introducing someone new to the group.
