Baby Shark Christmas Song Called Santa Shark

Baby Shark Has a New "Santa Shark" Christmas Song, So You May Want to Run Away Now

It was only a matter of time: there's now a Christmas-themed rendition of "Baby Shark."

But before you dive for your earplugs, it's worth noting that the holiday version is a bit less, ahem, painful to the senses. Compared to the original video — which has two billion (yes, billion) views and counting — this one is slower, smoother, and more soulful. OK, maybe not more soulful, but it's definitely half as frenetic.

Created by a YouTube channel called Super Simple Songs — not PinkFong, which created "Baby Shark" — it's otherwise just what you'd imagine it'd be. There's an animated shark in a Santa hat, and it begins, "Santa shark, ho, ho, ho-ho, ho-ho . . ." For those who love the "do, do, do-do" ditty, fear not: the rest of the song follows suit, replacing family member sharks with reindeer and elves.

So, if Baby Shark gifts and holiday light displays weren't enough (they were enough, we know), you now have this. Merry Christmas!
