Chrissy Teigen Identifies With People "Who Don't Have Time For That Sh*t" After Having Miles

Chrissy Teigen has never exactly held back while discussing the ups and downs of motherhood. And her latest interview with Women's Health solidifies the fact that she's not exactly a shrinking violet. The mom of two touched on everything, from her new cookbook, Cravings: Hungry For More, to what breastfeeding has done to her body.

For Chrissy, taking care of her body after giving birth to Miles was a top priority, especially after her postpartum experience with Luna. "After Luna, I was drinking too much," she said. "I wasn't eating as much because I was full from drinking. I wasn't being good to my body. I remember being so bruised from nothing."

Like many other moms, Chrissy realized that having two kiddos can definitely affect your eating habits. She explained that having Miles changed the entire scope of her cookbook.

"I look at my boobs and I'm like, 'What the heck happened?'"

"Two kids in, you can't eat the way you used to," said Chrissy. "I changed, so the book had to change. With the first book, I wanted to get people out of the headspace of a 15-minute meal with less than five ingredients. Now I identify more with the people who don't have time for that sh*t."

But what got easier for her with Miles? Breastfeeding.

"With your second, you just, like, pop 'em on," she said. "I look at my boobs and I'm like, 'What the heck happened?' They face outwards now. They're like giant disks. I don't even know how to hide them. I forget that people are still like, 'Whoa!' And I don't mean to shove my boob in their faces."

Regardless of how stressful having two kids can be, there's no denying that Miles is the definition of precious. Scroll through to see some sweet mother-son photos.

That smile is just too much!

Nothing like a solid baby-wearing session, right?

Miles is just the sweetest little peanut.
