These days, when a baby is born, group texts start flying around with photos of the new baby, Instagram posts are lined up and sweetly captioned, and visitors start flooding the mom's hospital room (with her permission, of course). Excitement is normally palpable. However, one grandpa is proving that you actually can be pretty blasé about a baby's birth — even if it's your own grandchild.
In a post to Reddit, user DM_Me_pics_of_sloths shared a screen grab of a group message between five people, sharing a photo of their aunt's new baby. "Aunt gave birth yesterday and grandpa was very excited," the caption sarcastically reads, as grandpa's reaction to the new baby's photo was a simple and hilarious "OK." Maybe he's not great at texting, or perhaps he's welcomed such a large number of grandchildren by now that he's indifferent — either way, his reaction is killing us.
