Gather round, budding artists! Beloved children's book author and illustrator Mo Willems is hosting a live-action, family comedy special called Mo Willems and The Storytime All-Stars Present: Don't Let The Pigeon Do Storytime! Premiering on HBO Max on Sept. 17, the special will include live readings and sketch comedy that's inspired by his books.
Featuring tons of funny celebrities, like Yvette Nicole Brown, Rachel Dratch, Tony Hale, Greta Lee, Natalie Morales, and Oscar Nunez, the special is sure to offer up tons of laughs for families. Additionally, Mo Willems and The Storytime All-Stars Present: Don't Let The Pigeon Do Storytime! is apparently the first of many projects that Mo is collaborating with HBO Max on. According to a press release, the streaming service has signed an exclusive, multiyear deal with Mo, meaning there will be even more family-friendly programs coming down the pipeline!
