An Adorable Naming Ceremony With an Elephant Twist

Most new moms wouldn't have time to whip up a cute cake, but Sarah wanted to take on the task.

"I wanted to make the cake myself to save money, but since I don't really have great skills with fondant icing and like things to look perfect, I decided cake toppers were a good idea," she says. "So I purchased a wooden letter from the local craft store and painted it, added a keepsake felt elephant, and a ribbon around the edge to tie it all in." Sarah also served cupcakes that were decorated with her homemade toppers.
