Rather than rely on a professional baker, Sofia made the cake herself. This, however, wasn't your typical birthday dessert, as it was made entirely of cookies.

"I used square cookies and alternated between a layer of cookies and a layer of dulce de leche," Sofia says of the cake, which was made to look like a Minecraft structure.
