"In total, we tried 11 LONG years to have another baby. Throughout the process, we tried the BBT (Basal Body Temperature) method, we tried fertility drugs. And our last effort was to check for a blockage with the HSG (Hysterosalpingogram). All to no avail. Then, about 3 years after the HSG, we were surprised with a pregnancy. I took my "test" at 4am on Monday, March 26th 2001. 8 Months later, 3 days after my 35th birthday. Our beautiful daughter was born. Definitely worth the 11 year wait!! Oh, and when our youngest daughter was 14 months old, I got pregnant again (not on purpose). But I miscarried at 5 1/2 weeks. Our 2 beautiful daughters are now 29 and 12. And our handsome nephew is 19. God thinks we're pretty awesome!" — Dawn B.
