It was everything I'd dreamed it would be and was so excited to actually get it! It wasn't long before it was filled with my dolls and plenty of early '80s Malibu furniture. Little did I know that my cousin, who lived 500 miles away, was receiving it that same night too and our dads were up on the phone the entire night before trying to put the toys together. My father still tells me it would be easier to build a real house than to follow the directions for the Barbie one. But I loved it — and was devastated when my parents sold it at a garage sale a few years ago!"
