Magic Kingdom reaches capacity, or close to it, every Christmas Day, and transportation lines get out of control. Trying to catch a tram to your car or grabbing a quick ferry boat will be nearly impossible and will take away precious moments you could be spending absorbing the Christmas experience in one of the parks.
