When Kelly Jackson took her kids to see Santa, her biggest concern was whether the man would have a real beard, which he did. Once she saw him bond with the girl in front of them over the fact that they both had hearing aids, she was completely sold — until her daughter, with a back brace, approached Santa. She was completely shocked when she realized that Santa also had a back brace on, and was making her daughter feel better about having one of her own. Kelly said: "It was MAGICAL!!
