You Can Quickly Shred Full Chicken Breasts in a KitchenAid, So Consider Our Lives Changed

Put the whole chicken breasts into the bowl of your KitchenAid, and be sure to attach the paddle. The paddle is one of the standard attachments that comes with the mixers. Once the paddle and bowl are secure, turn the KitchenAid on to the lowest setting (I actually turn it up a notch because patience isn't my strong suit).
