Target is truly wasting no time with getting us into the Valentine's Day spirit. The retailer has already released a handful of exclusive treats for the romantic holiday, and they go way beyond basic heart-shaped boxes of chocolate. Target's Valentine's Day candy selection this year includes Dove's new Pink Champagne and Milk Chocolate Swirl Hearts (yum!), a handful of confections from Dylan's Candy Bar, and — perhaps most exciting of all — Reese's new Lovemojis, aka peanut butter cups sealed in the cutest emoji-themed packages.
