"New York has such a vibrant and supportive fashion community so it's great to celebrate with your peers. Worst part? The days can be pretty long. [When it's all over] I take some time to celebrate and relax with friends and family before gearing up for market."

"For Spring '16 I carried through some of the elements from my Pre-Spring collection [worn here by Elizabeth Banks at the Venice Film Festival], but pushed the themes a little further. The collection features more exclusive fabrications from my travels over the Summer as well as elements of contrasts."

"It really depends on the look. For a very feminine dress, I love the contrast of a sporty flat or sneaker."

"I love the ease of Spring dressing. I think women look for crisp and clean looks in the Spring that don't require excessive styling. For Fall, I love the aspects of layering. Mixing textures and styles really lends itself to my design styles of mixing masculine and feminine elements."

"I've played with sheerness in many of my designs, and when done in a creative and confident way, it can be really beautiful. Often sheer fabrics can have an interesting texture that plays well with other fabrics and details."

"I would have to say New York. I've developed my career in NYC, and the style here inspires me every day. Women here are constantly on the go, and I often look to what they are wearing that will carry them through the entire day."
