We wouldn't normally think "fashion" when picturing a data center, but then again, we're not the creative genius known as Karl Lagerfeld. Each year, Chanel's designer and creative director puts on a full-on event while showing his latest collection, complete with sets that'll leave your mouth agape. And for Spring '17? The theme was called "Data Center Chanel." Plugs and circuit boards surrounded the runway, and synthesized music played as models — and "robots" — appeared in digital prints, backward caps, and vibrant versions of that iconic tweed suit.
