See Every Piece From Madewell's Spring '15 Collection
According to head of design, Somsack Sikhounmuong, Madewell Spring '15 is all about "returning to the classics, the things you love and come back to" — or in our case, the things we wish we had and need to shop when the line debuts next year. We dig the sentiment though, and how this collection is formed from classic shapes and classic patterns, like men's shirting, gingham prints, and well-worn denim.
Like all the great lineups we've come to expect from the label, this one is chock full of wear-everyday staples, like overalls and buttons-downs. But the best parts are a little more unexpected — a section of repurposed military wear with an army jacket fastened into a jumpsuit or a chambray button-down embroidered by artisans in Mexico. The attention to detail is what will separate these live-in pieces from all of your friends' — craftsmanship that makes them feel more like a special vintage find than something you pulled off the rack.
