If you happened to be in attendance at the White House State Dinner with Japan's prime minister last night, we imagine it would have been hard to focus on the guests of honor. That's because the first lady turned out a completely stunning plum-hued Tadashi Shoji gown that stole the spotlight from just about anyone who crossed her path. Thanks to the saturated berry-toned dress and feminine detailing, like floral lace embroidery and an A-line tulle skirt, Michelle Obama was easily the best dressed at the White House.
