Victoria Beckham's British Vogue Cover Celebrates Her Fashion Line, and It's a Family Affair
The October issue of British Vogue celebrates 10 years of Victoria Beckham's fashion line, and while the singer-turned-designer originally trolled us with tales of a Spice Girls-themed cover complete with a "space pyramid," the shoot itself was something far more sweet and sentimental. Victoria, dressed casually in a white button-down, appears surrounded by her four children — Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz, and Harper — as well as the family's English Cocker Spaniel, Olive.
The subscriber cover, meanwhile, features Victoria and her husband, David, in a sultry black and white photo. Inside, the shoot features more beautiful photos, including one of David and Victoria surrounded by their kids, who're in the middle of a water pistol fight. Harper, who at the time of the shoot still had her long hair, is drenched, having clearly been the victim of her older brothers' aim.
In the accompanying interview, Victoria discusses her youngest child, claiming that, "On one hand, she's quite girly, but on the other hand she has three big brothers and likes to run around and play football. She's not scared of being pushed over." That said, "she's been able to run in Alaïa platforms since she was three."
Victoria also discusses the anniversary of her label, reflecting on 10 years of success, and the reason she began the label in the first place: "I wasn't trying to do anything other than express myself and create clothes I wanted, but couldn't find. It grew from there."
