While you were recovering from the Fourth of July weekend, the supermodel crowd descended on Paris for Couture Fashion Week and stepped out to kick things off at amfAR's dinner party. There the red carpet looked more like a runway with appearances from Karlie Kloss, Doutzen Kroes, and Joan Smalls — all in looks plucked straight from the Versace catwalk.
