Daisy Ridley's Crystal-Embellished Heels Give Dorothy's Iconic Ruby Slippers a Run For Their Money

Daisy Ridley brought her red carpet A game to the Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker premiere on Dec. 16 in Hollywood. The Disney movie marks the final film in this latest Star Wars installment, and the director J.J. Abrams promises an intergalactic adventure, including scenes featuring the late Carrie Fisher. For her big night, Daisy opted for a custom Oscar de la Renta gown that came in a gorgeous crimson red hue. (Fun fact: Taylor Swift also wore a red Oscar gown for the premiere of Cats on the same night.)

Daisy's one-shouldered number featured a side slit and a long cape that made for a dramatic look. When she turned to the side, we noticed that the back of the gown featured a low back and criss-cross straps that made for an interesting detail. She accessorized with a pair of dangling ruby Anita Ko earrings, a matching ring, and a pair of custom Jimmy Choo Anouk heels that happen to be vegan.
