As Paris Hilton spoke to host Jimmy Fallon about her wedding and current projects on "The Tonight Show" on Jan. 24, her shimmery lime-green dress popped boldly on screen. The choice of her stylist Sammy K, the Giuseppe di Morabito design featured a turtleneck and a thigh-high slit that showcased her toned legs. As we appreciated this skin-reveal moment, we also couldn't help but notice the entrepreneur's slightly mismatched shoes. On the right foot, she wore a simple Giuseppe Zanotti nude pump, while the left foot featured another nude pump but with sparkles adorning the heel and toe.
