"For me, it's like [washing] my hair. I always go based on how clothes look and how they feel. So when they lose shape, like when my jeans start to get so stretched out that they don't even have a shape anymore, then I know it's time to wash them because I want them to go back to their form. And obviously when there's something like a stain. But I do feel like if you're someone who's not super active in your clothes, then you can just monitor it. Like, 'OK, this seems really clean and I wore it all day.' I really think it's how often you wear it, where did you wear it — anything that gets worn on an airplane for me gets washed immediately."
