The duchess never fails to wow in dazzling sapphire blue, and this year she wore two pieces in her signature color by a new designer. It's not uncommon for Kate to favor artisans from a country she will be soon be visiting, and ahead of her tour of India, she chose to wear two dresses by Indian-born, London-based designer Saloni Lodha.
