OK, OK — this isn't exactly a dress, but the plaid blazer Meghan wore while visiting Cardiff Castle in January is still worth talking about. Though the Theory jacket reveals a bit more shoulder than some of her more recent boat-neck looks, she still looked incredibly sophisticated for the royal engagement in Wales.
