When you pick up the Perfect Block Sandal ($385), 25 percent of proceeds through March 24 will go to Lions Club International, which is supporting hospitals Istituto Clinico Beato Matteo and Ospedale Civile di Vigevano in Vigevano, Italy, where many of the label's shoes are manufactured.
