HBO Max's Gossip Girl reboot is certainly off to a strong (and yes, dramatic) start, but for fans of the original, we've admittedly been craving some screen time from OG cast members. And for its fifth episode, centered around Halloween, the show surely delivered with an iconic cameo from none other than Nelly Yuki (Yin Chang), former minion turned fashion editor.

In the episode, Nelly returns at the crew's "Huluween" party, and as if that in itself wasn't exciting enough, she came dressed as real-life (former) fashion editor Eva Chen, who's now Instagram's director of fashion partnerships. Wearing a colorful fur patch coat and oversize sunglasses, Nelly, who still appears to be a high-powered editor, introduces herself to Obie (Eli Brown) at the event. Her costume is inspired by a very recognizable Eva moment during Paris Fashion Week in 2018, and according to the fashion icon herself, Nelly is likely sporting the actual Sandy Liang coat and Chanel bag she wore at the time.

In case you're looking to dress up as Nelly (or Eva) for Halloween, or you simply want a really dope coat, we've dug up similar bold choices ahead. (But if you'd like to purchase the exact coat, the original Sandy Liang coat is still available for $3,900.) Ahead, see photos of Nelly and her costume inspiration, and shop some amazing coats.
