The Things I'd Do For Supreme's Mariah Carey Christmas Tee . . .
Mariah Carey has collaborated with Supreme on a t-shirt! I repeat: Mariah Carey has collaborated with Supreme on a t-shirt. Now, if you're a big fan of Carey and her holiday cheer, then you probably know that 2020 marks 26 years since her iconic Merry Christmas album that graced us with "All I Want For Christmas Is You," which soars to the top of song hit lists every December.
Mariah actually teamed up with Ariana Grande and Jennifer Hudson for a new anthem called "Oh Santa," and perhaps to celebrate, she also autographed a graphic image of her Merry Christmas album and sent it to Supreme, so they could put it on a t-shirt. Naturally, the tee, which comes in light pine, white, black, and pink and retails for $48, sold out within hours on its launch date of Dec. 17. But there are still Supreme stores where you can line up to scope out the merchandise — Supreme's winter drop included nine new graphic tees, after all — and we have a strong feeling these shirts will pop up on eBay for resale.
While I sit here kicking myself for not making it to Supreme's online shop earlier, I'm considering the things I'd do to turn back time and make this spirited article of clothing my own. The list includes, but is not limited to, giving up all my other Christmas presents, embarrassing myself by singing "All I Want For Christmas Is You" in public, and even donating every last graphic tee in my current collection, just so I can wear this one on repeat. Ahead, check out Supreme's latest masterpiece.
