Bake up a batch of low-calorie cookies with more than six grams of protein per serving. They taste like an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie, just healthier and more nutrient-rich!
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 scoop of protein powder (I used Sun Warrior vanilla protein)
- 1 egg white
- 2 packets of stevia
- 1/4 cup carob chips
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with your hands, form into six balls, and place on a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Bake for about six to eight minutes.
