Katelyn Ohashi may have recently retired from collegiate gymnastics, but we're in luck, because she's teaching the next generation some of her viral moves. The 22-year-old UCLA athlete met up with photographer and YouTuber Jordan Matter to teach his 10-year-old daughter, Salish, a part of her legendary routine. Salish said her favorite part is the Janet Jackson section, so that's where they started.

After walking Salish through a few moves, Katelyn also opened up about the harmful body-shaming comments she heard while competing at the national level. Katelyn explained that going to college and meeting coach Miss Val at UCLA really opened her eyes to the positive side of the sport. Katelyn has previously said she plans to pursue motivational speaking and coaching at Summer camps after graduation. We know whatever she does, she'll definitely have the admiration of young girls like Salish.
