Improve the circulation in the backs of your legs, feet, and ankles with one small movement.
Sit tall in your seat. Roll up on your toes, squeezing your calves, then back on your heels, squeezing your shins.
Roll back and forth for at least 30 seconds.

When you're on a long flight and your back and hips are feeling tight and cranky, (carefully) move through this move that will give your glutes and hip flexors some much-needed love.
Sit up straight and tall in your seat. Pull your left knee in toward your chest and give it a big hug for about two seconds, then release back to the ground.
Alternate between hugging your left and right knees toward your chest for at least 30 seconds.
