Olympic Gymnast Aly Raisman Has Abs of Steel and They Demand to Be Acknowledged

. . . For the second time in a row! Aly crushed the competition in the 2012 London Olympics, and came back from the games the most decorated gymnast. She earned three medals and won gold on the floor.

As the reigning floor champion, Aly is trying to win gold again. She puts an insane amount of work into her tumbling, and it pays off.

What else do you do when you find out you're going to the Olympics? The Massachusetts native is going to make a splash in Rio.
