The grain- and gluten-free crust from Whole Foods brand 365 contains parmesan cheese, mozzarella, and cage-free egg whites. Red beet root gives the crust a vivid red hue, which beautifully complements pretty much any of your favorite toppings: arugula, mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, squash, bell peppers, or perhaps green olives. Basically, you can do no wrong with whatever you choose to adorn your beet-za . . . it'll taste (and look) fabulous regardless!
