This set contains three tinctures — Wine Down, Take the Edge Off, and Rose-Tinted Glasses — all of which are intended to help relieve stress. They're perfect for your sober curious friend: the chill Wine Down and Take the Edge Off can replace a nightly glass of wine, while Rose-Tinted Glasses (which is more about supporting mental clarity) can be great to add to a mocktail while out with friends.
Worth noting: at PS, we're generally a little wary of supplements. And to be sure, many of the ingredients in Apothekary's Free Spirit Mini Set need more research before anyone can say for sure how effective they are.
