Lululemon Wunder Under SmoothCover High-Rise Tight 25" ($98)
These leggings are made with the brand's SmoothCover fabric which is both supportive and comfortable. Being that they have a 25-inch inseam, they make for a great full-length tight for someone who is 5'4" and under. You can shop them even shorter (23 inches) for a cropped fit, and in a wide range of colors, including the trending colors of the season.
