My workout routine has changed quite a bit this year, but I look at it all through a positive lens: I've been able to focus my workouts and expand into so many buckets, from strength, to endurance, and flexibility. It comes with removable padding, and makes me feel firmly supported. I've done a TON of jumping in it and love how it moves with me.
