I'm a Fitness Editor and These Are My Favorite Workout Sets to Wear to Viral Classes

Outfit: Alo Airbrush Heart Throb Bra ($78). Alo Airbrush High-Waist Heart Throb Legging ($128). Alo Pulse Grip Sock ($38).
If you don't already know, Alo Wellness Club is an exclusive space where influencers and celebrities work out through private training, Pilates, and yoga — and I got a chance to check out the state-of-the-art gym in NYC, where I joined fitness trainer Piera Calabro for a Reformer Pilates class that truly challenged me and forced me to refine my technique. While I'm used to Solidcore, this session was nothing like that. I moved slowly, executed fewer reps, and felt the burn even more — I left feeling lengthened and toned, and particularly cool thanks to my set.
The Heart Throb co-ords are so popular mostly because of the heart-shaped contrast piping at the back of the leggings, which circle the bum area and play up curves. They come in the brand's signature cotton matte Airbrush fabric and feel particularly smoothing and lifting. While I wouldn't describe the set as sweat-wicking or optimal for a HIIT class where you'll be drenched, it's spot-on for Pilates — especially when teamed with the Alo grip socks that have compression ribbing around the foot arch and mesh stripes that add an extra element of style.
While Alo is known to drop new colorways every two weeks, it's easy to see why this outfit remains a bestseller; even the elastic waistband felt comfortable and didn't dig into my skin as I pulled off a range of moves, broke a sweat, and paid close attention to my form.
