I Treat Myself to New Gear Each Fall — Here's What I'm Eyeing Now
I'll admit it: a large portion of my closet is fitness apparel. Because I spend a better part of the year deep in a running training program, I gladly make way in my wardrobe for all things sweat-wicking, cooling, insulated, and all-around performance ready. But because I regularly wear in fitness attire, I allow myself the opportunity to splurge on new run-ready gear each fall.
For me, this is the perfect time to retire some of the gear I've trained in all year and raced in during the spring and summer, and break in some new pieces right before things get too chilly. With my fall fitness wardrobe just itching to break free, here's what I'm eyeing right now from Under Armour to get me on my way to another great season of training.
Charged Cotton® Short Sleeve
One of my favorite pieces of workout attire is a classic tee. The Charged Cotton® Short Sleeve ($35) has the softness of cotton but dries a lot quicker — a quality I'm sure to need when I'm logging miles each week.
Armour® Mid Crossback 2W Sports Bra
Sports bras may be the most essential part of my workout closet. The right one lets me work out in peace, and the wrong one can ruin my whole day. Right now, I'm looking at the Armour® Mid Crossback 2W Sports Bra ($35) for its medium-support fit, supportive criss-cross back, and double-layer HeatGear® fabric.
