Classic Avocado Toast

Ingredients
- 1 medium size ripe, fresh California Avocado
Multigrain bread
Red pepper flakes
Lemon Juice
Sprouts
Salt
Directions
- Pit and peel avocado
- Cut avocado into thin pieces
- Lay avocado on sliced bread
- Sprinkle with salt, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice
- Top with sprouts
