Mezcal Mule Cocktail
Toast to the Season With a Sweet and Smoky Mezcal Mule
When I first sipped Nopalito's version of this sweet and smoky drink, I knew I had found my spirit cocktail. I immediately experimented with creating my own version, and it's been my go-to hostess drink ever since. Mezcal evokes the warmth and sexiness of a crackling fire, while creme de cassis adds a layer of sweetness. Fresh lime juice keeps it tart, and ginger beer lends a spicy, seasonal twist. Serve it to Thanksgiving guests for the perfect introduction to an unforgettable meal.
