The Frightening Reason P.F. Chang's Has Issued a Voluntary Recall of Its Frozen Dinners

If you love P.F. Chang's frozen dinners, ConAgra Foods just expanded its voluntary recall of Home Menu Brand products due to metal fragments found in the sugar that is used in the products' sauce. According to the release, the objects are between two to nine millimeters in length, so as little as the tip of a crayon and slightly larger than a pencil eraser. Although no injuries have been reported, do not consume any of the following from the affected list of products, which includes beef, chicken, and shrimp dishes. Instead, return them for a full refund. Both P.F. Chang's and ConAgra assured customers that the food served in the actual restaurants is 100 percent unaffected by this recall.
