The newest location of Italian food market Eataly has opened in Boston's Prudential Center. The one-stop-shop for all things Italian, which is co-owned by Mario Batali, is 45,000 square feet of pasta, pizza, cheese, gelato, and more. While this bustling market has been a culinary destination in Manhattan for six years, Boston is the next lucky city to give it a home — and Mario Batali plans on keeping it that way for years. "Pop-ups bother me," Batali told Boston.com. "There's no accountability in a pop-up. This is not a pop-up. This is a 50-year investment. Hopefully we'll become a part of the gastronomic culture that is Boston."
