The world is better when it's filled with color, especially colorful carbs, and we're not sure there's anyone who would agree more than Salty Seattle's Linda Miller Nicholson. She's a pasta maker based in Seattle, but she's not just any pasta maker. Each of her creations is an intensely colored masterpiece that takes on a life of its own. For example, there's the cheeseburger ravioli complete with Shake Shack's special sauce; as well as the psychedelic pink, blue, and purple lasagna pasta; zebra-swirled pappardelle; and rainbow spectrum bowties.
If you're thinking, "Well, that sounds pretty dang cute, but I'm not really feeling all that food dye," then good news. Nicholson uses all-natural plant dyes to create her pasta treasures.
