OK, skyr isn't technically yogurt (it's an Icelandic fresh cheese) but its thick, satisfying texture and tang are so similar to Greek yogurt that I think of it as such. While Greek yogurt (particularly low-fat varieties) can often be unpleasantly chalky, skyr feels rich on the tongue. Lightly sweetened and zingy from bits of orange zest and ginger, Siggi's Orange & Ginger is absolutely worth stocking in your fridge.
