Hendrick's Gin gave a gin and tonic a sophisticated update. This one started with a perfectly spherical ice cube. Half a teaspoon of coriander seeds, a lemon slice, and smacked lemon verbena perfumed the cup. Two ounces of Hendrick's Gin and elderflower tonic water from Fever Tree finished the deal.
