One of McDonald's greatest wonders, the McRib is a boneless pork sandwich molded into the shape of a rack of ribs. It was introduced in 1981 but then discontinued in 1985. It was then brought back in 1994, only to be removed from the menu once more in 2005. It was brought back for a limited time in Fall 2014, and we have a feeling it'll make a reappearance on menus soon enough.
