Boat Street Pickles Pickled Raisins

Vinegar-plumped raisins completely changed our kale salad game, so when we saw pickled raisins from Renee Erickson, the same restaurateur who wrote the kale salad recipe, we had high hopes. Our hunch was spot-on; they're plump, juicy, and tangy, and they would be wonderful on a pork chop or as part of a cheese plate.
