There's nothing better than a refreshing spiked seltzer on a hot summer day. This recipe combines the best of both worlds by turning hard seltzer into an ice-cold treat.

Ingredients:
- 12 oz. Kona Spiked Island Seltzer, Strawberry Guava (one 12 oz. can makes approx. 6 standard popsicles)
- Fresh Strawberries (thinly sliced)
- Li Hing Mui powder to garnish
Instructions:
- Pour the seltzer into popsicle molds, filling halfway up.
- Gently drop the fresh fruit into the popsicle molds and fill the mold the rest of the way up with seltzer. Insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for 1-2 hours, or until popsicles are firm.
- Remove popsicles from freezer and sprinkle Li Hing Mui powder on top to garnish.
- Serve on the popsicle stick or drop in a glass to allow for melting.
